BJJ is suitable for everyone. One of the great things about BJJ is that there is such a
variety of techniques that you will always be able to find the right techniques to fit your
body type. You don’t need to be flexible, strong or have great cardio to get started
(although you will certainly develop those attributes through your training)
BJJ is suitable for all age groups & abilities, Our curriculum and class format allows
people of all ages and abilities to train, learn and improve at their own pace.
