Many of our current BJJ students began training as a way of keeping fit. BJJ is a great workout because it is always physically and mentally challenging. One of the problems with traditional weight loss or fitness programs such as running on a treadmill is that they can get boring within a short time.
With BJJ there are always new skills to learn and improve on, BJJ is a great physical
activity where you will be challenged both physically & mentally and therefore are more
likely to stick with it and keep training and getting great results in the longer term!
